1. Profile of the machine tool
YL4232CNC Single-axis CNC gear Shaving machine is a gear shaving machine tool used in the fine finishing. It is widely used to process various kinds of spur gear, helical gear, shaft gear, drum gear and small tapered teeth gear. The machine tool has the characteristics of high percentage of automation, good rigidity, high efficiency, perfective performance and easy to operate. It is very suitable for the gear processing in the automobile, motorcycle, tractor, machine tool and common machine industry. We can offer our customer with its accessories, disc tooth, loading and unloading bodies with shaft gear. it can alos be configured with workpiece supporting for the convenience of slender shaft processing.
The single-axis CNC gear Shaving Machine tool(radically controlled) is formed by following main parts: a bed body, a worktable, profiling mechanism, left and right core clampers, operating slide, column, blade carrier and transfer case. It is equipped independent hydraulic station and magnetic chip conveyor and electrical cabinet behind the machine tool.
2. The Main functions of the machine tool.
2-1. The machine tool herein is CNC and with single-axis. It is drove by AC electric motor in the radial feeding and controlled by CNC control coefficients. The automatic cycling of axial and radial shaving can be realized by programming the processing procedure.
2-2. The right core clamper and feeding mechanism are controlled by hydraulics accordingly. The moving of the left and right core clampers has their respective rulers. It makes changing the parts under processing more convenient.
2-3. The profiling mechanism can process the drum gear and small tapered teeth gear.
2-4. The radial feeding adopt precision non-intermittent, preload added ball screw. The worktable guiding rail and profiling frame rail are linear rolling guiding rails.
2-5. The spinning of the shaving blade on the blade carrier is controlled by frequency conversion motor. It has steples speed change and direction change. The shaving blade lock is easy to be changed. it saves time and workforce.
2-6. The machine tool has both coarse and fine shaving functions. It can change the radial feed speed automatically by altering the parts programming to adapt the radial feed speed changes while the coarse and fine shaving can be realized by automatic speed shifting of the worktable.
2-7. The safety shield adopts electronic lock to make the machine safer.
2-8. The guiding rail lubrication uses centralized lubrication system. It can lubricate automatically with fixed quantity and time.
2-9. Independent hydraulic station and chip conveyor. The hydraulics and cooling are separated from the main engine to decrease the thermal deformation and for the convenience of cleaning and maintenance.
The machine tool struction is reasonable. The transmission chain is simple and each main motion all use the present most advanced motor direct connection transmission.simple and solid transferring ensures the stable and liable working precision of the machine tool and endows it with characteristics of high-speed, high precision and good precision retention.
